I'm a Peggy Carter fan thru and thru. The First Avenger is my favorite because of Steve's evolution not just physically but emotionally and socially. Peggy (just like Bucky) is with Steve from the beginning. I chose Old man Steve Rodgers because it means he made it back to her in time for that slow dance 💗
It would be interesting to compare the current Cap and Bucky with their counterparts in the vintage Simon-Kirby comics of the 1940s. Of course, the latter pair were less dramatically complex...
I’ll probably comment again when I’m done but leaf blowers paired with work from home and one of my neighbors even uses his for grass clippings nearly drove me insane.
I’m not mad I’m just disappointed at the disrespect for Wash.

A number of the staff followed Bill Simmons to The Ringer, another good site. But Grantland was something really special.
