I'm very curious to see what they do with season 3 of the last of us. I read some headlines that said it's not the last we saw of some dead characters (*cough Joel *cough). I also love Abby's storyline in the game so I really hope they do her justice even if a lot of people hate the character right now.
Honestly I have a lot bigger problem with Ellie. They made her so unlikable, to the point that I don't look at Abby as the villain.
I don't think they still do bagging championships. It was probably just a blip in the 90s, because we had the privilege of just doing whatever dumb stuff we wanted.
I'm with you on Ellie's character. I feel it made it so much harder for the show to kill off Joel. Ellie isn't very likable and it's really hard for her to stand on her own. That's partly why I'm also excited for season 3 because we switch leads and I really feel like Abby has potential to be a great lead. But let's see
I never played the second game so don't know where the show is going, but it'd be crazy if it flips the script and makes Abby the hero and Ellie the villain.

P.S. Agree with you on TLOU especially Dina being the best character this season! I couldn't help but read about what's in store for S3 based on the actual game and it looks like we won't be seeing a lot of Ellie if at all 😟
Also, Ocean's Twelve was rubbish. It's a great example of a film where the cast looks like they're having fun and are in on the jokes, but crucially, the audience isn't. I love the first film though. A rare example of a remake that is better than the original.
