They extra g was to show how great it really was.

Or, alternatively, it was named for an Admiral in the universe named Flagg.

This is actually the reason

I had the wrestling ring! Due to one-too-many jumps from the top rope from my giant plastic wrestlers, the ring cracked in the middle. Eventually, the ropes broke as well, so its shelf life was pretty short.

This is a terrific list, though! Every one of these was a treasure and were rarely seen in the wild.

I absolutely would’ve had everyone coming off the top rope, too. :D

Always wanted the Death Star toy - the 3-story cutout Death Star that is. Although I probably built my own with books, plates and other accessories and it was way more fun

That was a cool toy for sure!

I had a friend in the neighborhood who had the USS Flagg. It took up an entire walk-in closet. It really was the coolest.

That's awesome! Super jealous. This was in Michigan?

Yup. One of the kids in the neighborhood around the corner from me growing up. Looking back at it, all my friends had cooler toys than me. No wonder I refuse to grow up now.

This is awesome and it hit me right in the feels. Castle Greyskull was the one I always wanted but we were too poor to afford. I had to be content with Mighty Max playsets lol similar but not the same

Childhood was our first taste of the inequalities of life.

Grayskull is still awesome!

Meh… I ended up building a hand painted cardboard version held together with masking tape and ended up loving probably more than the real thing lolll necessity is the mother of invention, as they say 🤓😅
